Hello

Hi! My name is Ashley Duwe.  I want to use this opportunity to introduce myself, as well as how Escape came to be.  First and foremost, I am a wife to an awesome guy and a mom to 3 great kids and of course, maybe the best dog on the planet! I love to read, watch my kids play baseball, date my husband, and camp with my family.  

 
While my kids have been at home, I took a hiatus from the working world and got the pleasure of staying with them.  Let me just tell you, that has been an exciting but exhausting six years and I have loved every minute of it.  Most of my kids are in school now, and I have this calling to be back in the professional world, yet still have flexibility to pick them up and cart them to field trips as needed.

While I have a background in sales, I have worked in many different capacities throughout my life.  I have worked at a dry cleaner, been a teller at a bank, worked for a flooring company, assisted a broker for greenhouses, and a few more different things along the way.  It has given me a great perspective on what I enjoy, what I am good at and where my true passion lies.  One thing I know I love is helping people and keeping them organized.  If you know me, you know that I have often said, "ok, how can I help you" and "I would love to come over and do _________ for you." 

 

This is where Escape came to be.  Using a virtual assistant is nothing new, however I truly believe it is an underutilized position.  So many people need help with many different things, but not necessarily on a full-time basis. When you work with Escape, you know that you are getting a virtual assistant that is truly invested in making sure you can focus on the tasks essential to your business.
